I don't think there is a specific age for when older entrepreneurs start taking younger entrepreneurs seriously. 🤔

40 year olds look down on 20 year olds, 60 year olds look down on 40 year olds, and so forth.

Similarly, successful entrepreneurs tend to look down on aspiring entrepreneurs.

👉 The truth is it really doesn't matter how anyone sees you; all that matters is how you see yourself, provided that you are actively trying to grow and improve.

If you constantly worry about how others see you, you will never be at peace with who you are or who you want to become. You will struggle remaining original and true to yourself, and you'll find yourself stuck in an endless loop of resentment, insecurity, and dissatisfaction.

What's the point in all that?

Why would you allow someone or something to hinder your sense of purpose, achievement, and well being?

That's no way to live your one and only God-given life!

There are many miserable people out there who drag everyone else in their lives down into their deep pit of misery – those are the people who hate on everyone and everything, and many of them are successful, but they are miserable.

Do you really want to live your life according to some miserable loser's point of view? 🤦🏻‍♂️

And I mean it – many successful people are losers; those who look down on aspiring entrepreneurs are losers, and they do not deserve anyone's respect.

👉 Fortunately, there are plenty of great leaders to follow who genuinely root for your success – those are the people you want to listen to. They will teach you valuable lessons and constantly inspire you to grow instead of talking down on you and crushing your purpose.

Where do you find such leaders, you ask?

It can be a famous internet guru or a low-key successful businessman in your hometown – it doesn't matter how many followers they have on social media.

Substance is more important than popularity when it comes to receiving valuable advice that can propel you forward.

👉 Your local businessman can give you life-changing advice that you won't hear from any internet celebrity. However, take every advice with a grain of salt because nobody knows everything, and as they say, "There are a million ways to a million dollars."

And yeah, some local businessmen are total POSs, just like some internet gurus, so use your own judgement and moral compass.

In conclusion, realize who you are today and decide who you want to become in the next few years, and work on making it happen daily!

Get inspired by people who encourage you to grow and move forward, and ignore the miserable fools who crush your spirit.

More importantly, ignite a source of inspiration within yourself. Know your "why" and use it to achieve your goals.
